Cutting out alcohol for your New Year’s resolution, but still looking for some fun drinks to spice up your evenings? We got you covered! Join us Thursday, January 11th from 7PM-9PM for our first Mocktail Mixology class! Not familiar with what a mocktail is? It’s a non-alcoholic mixed drink done as a cocktail-style beverage, made without alcoholic ingredients. So you can get the experience of sipping on tasty drinks without breaking your goals for the year. If you’re not participating in Dry January but still want to join in then no worries! We’ll have additional shot options for you to buy, so you can make your drink a little boozy if you’re there for fun.

This 21+ event is your ticket to mastering mixology fundamentals for just $20, where you’ll learn how to make 4 specialty mocktails all themed around sweet, spicy, and refreshing flavors. Our expert Pinballz bartenders will guide you, sharing their knowledge and techniques. Learn how to use bartender tools, how to build and layer mocktails, and immerse yourself into the world of mixology.

Mocktails taught will be:
– Old Fashioned: Spiritless Old Fashioned canned mocktail + Angostura Bitters + Orange Twist and Cherry to Garnish
– Whiskey Sour: Spiritless Whiskey Sour canned mocktail + Strawberry Monin Syrup + Ginger ale + lemon wedge to garnish
– Spicy Pineapple Margarita: Spiritless Jalisco Tequila + Lime Juice + Agave Syrup + Pineapple juice + jalapeños + lime wedge to garnish and tajin to rim
– Mint Julip: Spiritless Kentucky 74 + mint + Simple syrup + Sparkling Richard’s Rainwater + Mint sprig to garnish
