CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

Ready to party at one of the best Austin event spaces? Here’s what you need to know to book a party package at Pinballz:

• A minimum of 8 guests is required to reserve a party package.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Booking must take place at least 48 hours before the requested party date.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the arcade, except for birthday cake/cupcakes. You can purchase additional food at Mikki’s Tavern and add it to any package.
• Looking to add a bit more fun to your party? You can add as many extras as you like to any party package, including discounted extra play on game cards. 
• Don’t want the party to end? Don’t worry. You can add more time at the a la carte price.
• Want to take your party to the next level? Ask our party planners about our themed party decorations! From superheroes to princesses, we have something for everyone.
• All packages include clean-up time by the party host. Please ensure all guests and belongings are removed from the room by the end of the party time.

If you’re looking for places to rent for birthday parties, you can’t go wrong with Pinballz! Our Party Room is over 950 square feet, with a maximum seating capacity of 120 guests. Whether you’re hosting a large birthday party, corporate event or another celebration, our Party Room has plenty of space to accommodate your needs.

Don’t need that much space? Not a problem! Our Party Room is equipped with movable dividers and converts into 2-4 smaller rooms, making it an excellent option for more intimate celebrations. As one of the premier Austin party venues, Pinballz will help you plan the perfect celebration.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR PARTY

At Pinballz, we understand that no two parties in Austin are the same. We offer several customization options to make your event unique and memorable. From themed decorations to custom food and beverage packages, we’ll work with you to create a party that perfectly matches your vision.

One customization option is our optional corkage fee. For just $25 per hour, you can store beer and wine products in your party room to serve to your guests and consume in the arcade. Please note, however, that all drinks must be in original containers, and hard liquor is prohibited.

In addition to our corkage fee, we offer a variety of other customizable options, including:

• Themed decorations: Add an extra special touch to your party!
• Custom food and beverage packages: Need a special menu? Work with our team to create a customized food and beverage package that complements your theme and meets the needs of your guests.
• Arcade game packages: Want to add some extra fun to your party? We offer a variety of game card packages to suit any budget, allowing you and your guests to enjoy hours of gameplay.

• Kids Party Goodie Bags: Want to send your guests home with a special treat? Our kids’ party goodie bags are available for just $3.00 per bag. Each pack contains assorted toys, candy, and puzzles.
• Game Play Discount: Looking to add some extra fun to your party? We offer a gameplay discount that provides $5 in free play with every $20 play card purchase. This discount is available to all party guests during the length of the party!
• Ultra-Cade Video Game Rental: Want to take your party to the next level? Our Ultra-Cade video game rental is a private, free-play video game cabinet with 60+ games. This option is available for your next party room for just $10 per hour, providing your guests with hours of fun.

PARTIAL OR FULL FACILITY RENTAL

With full or partial facility rentals, you can also enjoy a private party at Pinballz! We can accommodate groups of up to 1000 people with exclusive access to the arcade. Some date and time restrictions may apply, but our knowledgeable and friendly staff will work with you to find the perfect day and time for your event.
